1. The purchase system is subject to current Spanish legislation. Therefore, sales operations will be understood to be carried out at the registered office of Proyecto Din A3.
2. All artworks shall be shipped to the customers with due protection to guarantee optimal conditions. Should the artwork be received damaged for any cause, the customer must notify the incident to Proyecto DinA3 via email within a non-extendable period of 24 hours upon receipt.
3. Intellectual property rights protect the work of art. In the case of items that can be copied, the user may return the work of art as long as it is not damaged by improper use. In this case, the shipping and return costs, including customs costs and local taxes abroad, will be the user’s responsibility.
4. Refunds will be applicable only and exclusively when any aspects reflected in terms and conditions have been contravened. However, they shall be subject to the discretion of Proyecto DinA3, which reserves the right to refund upon delivery of the work.
5. The refund refers only to the price of the artwork paid by the user promptly and once the work is delivered. If the return is made after the deadline or in inadequate packaging conditions that might result in damage, the return costs shall not be reimbursed.
6. To proceed with a return, you must contact via email to dina3@proyectodina3.com. Proyecto DinA3 reserves the right to accept the return in the event that the artwork is not in the same condition as when it was delivered.
7. Refunds will be made in the same way that the payment, without additional return costs.
8. Once a return request has been received by Proyecto DinA3 via email to dina3@proyectodina3.com, an email with instructions for the return will be sent to the same email provided by the user.
